Referral Process

A Place to Turn operates as part of the community's human services network, working through a referral system. Referring sources include individuals in fields of social and human services, clergy, school personnel and health care professionals. A referral from one of these sources may be made in one of the following ways:

• Complete a referral form
• Write a letter to be delivered by the applicant
• Fax the information to 508-653-7122
• Accompany a client to A Place to Turn
