Pre-Order and Pick-Up

Please keep in mind this is NOT an appointment to come in and shop. You are scheduling a time to come and pick up food that you have ordered online and has been packed for you. You will be receiving all the same food you would if you came in to shop, including:

  • Grocery items (pasta, beans, canned goods, etc.)

  • Dairy products (yogurt, milk, cheese)

  • Meat

  • Fresh Produce

  • Personal care items

  • Diapers for children under the age of 3

You will be able to choose the foods you want by completing an online form you will receive before your visit. We will do all we can to make sure you receive your first choices. Please keep in mind that this does depend on what we have in stock each day.

To ensure we can serve as many families as possible in our region, all eligibility rules apply: You must live in our service area, you are welcome to visit us once every 30 days, and we ask for a proof of address (something mailed to your house or online with your name and address).

When your pickup has been scheduled, we will send you a few forms to fill out. Please ensure ALL forms are filled out no later than the day before you are scheduled to pick up. This will ensure you are able to choose the foods you want, and you can quickly pick up your groceries.
